Chinese Porcelain Plate Qianlong Period 18th Century Blue and White
£ 75.00
On offer is an 18th-century Chinese porcelain plate from the Qianlong period (1735–1796), decorated in underglaze blue with a finely painted floral design. The central motif features a bouquet of peonies, surrounded by a narrow patterned band and further floral sprays around the border. The porcelain body is of good white tone, typical of quality Qianlong export ware produced around the mid-18th century.
Measuring approximately 9 inches in diameter, the plate remains in very good condition. It shows expected rim fritting consistent with early Qing porcelain but has no chips, cracks, or restoration.
A well-executed example of Qianlong period blue and white porcelain with attractive decoration and strong collector appeal.
