Our Pricing
-
- Standard Terraced House: £295
-
-
- Larger Property: £450
When conducting a house clearance, one of our practices is to document and showcase some of the discoveries we make. Through our YouTube channel, we aim to foster a sense of appreciation for antiques and collecting within our community. However, we are committed to upholding personal privacy at all times. Therefore, we ensure that no pictures or personal information are revealed in our footage, and we refrain from sharing any property details. Instead, we might showcase our exploration of various items found in boxes or drawers, always prioritizing the protection of personal privacy above all else.
In some cases, we may adjust the price if we unearth particularly valuable antiques, collectibles, or jewelry that exceed our usual expectations. Our main aim in conducting house clearances is to access collectibles, and any profits typically stem from the items we discover, rather than the upfront costs borne by our customers. After completing a house clearance, if we happen upon something rare or exceptionally valuable, beyond what we typically anticipate, we may consider lowering the cost for our customers. It’s important to note that our pricing strategy is designed to cover essential expenses such as council waste removal, vehicle and associated costs, labour expenses, as well as insurance or licensing fees. We strive to keep these costs as low as possible, ensuring that our customers receive fair pricing while also enabling us to continue our operations effectively.
Please Note: We focus on residential properties and do not offer office clearance services, as our main interest lies in accessing antiques and collectibles. we also are not a rubble removal company, we will however, take rubbish and empty sheds and garages.
