On offer here is a Vintage Old School Guillotine Cutter. This is a good example, it has the mounted ruler and a Maker’s Mark of Jay-Nay in a ship’s wheel. the condition is good, the size is approx 12.5 inches in total length including the handle, and 7.5 inches wide.
