Surrounding the crest is a finely painted floral garland border in enamel colours. The reverse bears a pseudo-Chinese mark typical of Samson, intended to emulate Qing dynasty export pieces. Measuring approx. 10.5 inches in diameter, the plate is in good condition with minor age-related wear.
