This smaller, elegant barrel features an ovoid cut glass body with diamond, rope twist, and circular cut decoration, paired with silver plated mounts that enhance the clarity and brilliance of the glass.

The lid is fitted with a distinctive square plaque-shaped knop engraved “BISCUITS”, secured with the original twisted rope detail and period wing nut beneath. The silver plated rim is clearly marked with the Hukin & Heath “H&H” stamp, confirming its maker. Standing approximately 5.5 inches tall (excluding the handle), the piece is in very good antique condition with no chips, cracks, or stains to the glass and only light age-related wear to the plate.
