On offer is a vintage Geographia terrestrial globe featuring a classic Art Deco design and an attractive green Bakelite base. Geographia Ltd., founded in London in the early 20th century, became well known for producing maps, atlases and globes that reflected contemporary geographical understanding and international boundaries of the time. This example retains its original printed details, colours and metal armature.

Standing at approximately 11 inches tall, the globe shows light staining and small areas of bubbling to the surface, along with age-related wear to the metal arm, all consistent with its vintage nature. A fine decorative and historical piece from the mid-20th century.
