On offer is a brass Welsh Guards shoulder title badge, featuring the distinctive WG lettering beneath the regiment’s recognisable leek emblem. Formed in 1915 as the youngest regiment of the Foot Guards, the Welsh Guards have a proud military history, and original insignia such as this remains popular with collectors of British military memorabilia.

This vintage Welsh Guards shoulder title badge is an original period piece with a well-aged brass finish and good detail throughout. The badge measures approximately 2.5 inches in height and remains in good overall condition with expected age related wear. One of the three fixing loops to the reverse is missing. A genuine piece of Welsh Guards military insignia that would make a worthy addition to any collection.
