On offer is a group of three vintage brass medallions issued by the Bristol Section of the Vintage Motor Cycle Club. Each medallion features the Clifton Suspension Bridge in raised relief beneath a sunburst sky, surrounded by the club and section names.

Two medallions commemorate the South West Coast Run and are dated 1986 and 1987, while the third example is undated. The VMCC was founded in 1946, with its Bristol Section established in 1961. First held in 1964, the South West Coast Run became the section’s principal annual event. These VMCC Bristol Section medallions are appealing pieces of British motorcycle history.
