On offer is a finely made studio pottery tea caddy attributed to Andrew Hague of Askrigg Pottery in North Yorkshire. The Andrew Hague studio pottery tea caddy has a fitted cover with a loop handle and displays incised and carved decoration around the body.
The interior and top of the cover are glazed, contrasting beautifully with the textured exterior. Andrew Hague established himself at Askrigg Pottery during the 1970s after training at several art colleges and completing an apprenticeship with potter Marianne de Trey.
