On offer is a signed Japanese Kutani porcelain teapot, hand painted with traditional floral decoration in rich enamels and gilt detailing. Kutani ware is widely admired for its vibrant overglaze colours and fine craftsmanship, originating from Ishikawa Prefecture and produced since the 17th century.

This example measures approximately 6 inches in length and 4.5 inches in height. The teapot remains in good condition overall, with a minor chip halfway up the spout that has removed some paint, along with small areas of paint flaking. Please refer to the images for a full assessment.
