The saucer is decorated with an East Asian inspired scene featuring a robed figure, ox, architecture, trees and flowering plants. The cup has a matching black exterior with gilded handle, rim and foot. Royal Albert became particularly known for decorative English bone china tea wares with elaborate patterns and gilding.

The cup stands approximately 2.75 inches tall. Both pieces remain in good vintage condition with no chips or cracks, although minor wear is present to the black finish and gilding. The Royal Albert Bone China England Oriental backstamp appears beneath.
