Sterling Silver Masonic Medal 1932 Spencer and Co Enamel
£60.00
On offer is a rare 1932 sterling silver and enamel Masonic medal by Spencer and Co, presented in its original fitted box. The medal features detailed symbolic Masonic imagery highlighted with coloured enamel, suspended from its original ribbon, and reflects the high standard of craftsmanship associated with formal fraternal regalia of the period.
Spencer and Co were well known London makers and retailers of regalia, medals, and insignia during the late 19th and early 20th centuries, supplying Masonic and other ceremonial organisations with finely made pieces. This example dates to 1932 and remains housed in its original box, adding to its collectability. Condition is, in my opinion, good overall. Please refer to the photographs to assess condition for yourself. A fine example of an early 20th century Masonic medal that brings character and authenticity to any collection.
