On offer is a pair of carved peach coloured stone bird sculptures from the Master Sung collection. Each bird has a softly modelled body, outstretched wings and an integral rounded base, with natural variations visible across the warm stone.

The sculptures are accompanied by their original red presentation box and cards for the Chinese zodiac Goat, also translated as Sheep or Ram. The birds appear to be symbolic companions or lucky figures associated with that zodiac sign rather than representations of a zodiac animal themselves.
