Strömbergshyttan was established under that name in Sweden in 1933 and became known for its refined crystal glass. Asta Strömberg worked as a designer for the factory and later took control of the company. The base is signed Strömbergshyttan and appears to carry the model number B 1004. The letter B was used for vases, followed by the individual model number.
