Mid-Century Scandinavian Textured Glass Ice Bucket Ice Glass Style
£75.00
On offer is a mid-century Scandinavian textured glass ice bucket produced in the popular “ice glass” style of the 1950s–1970s. The heavy, frosted surface is moulded to resemble fractured ice, a hallmark of Nordic glass design of the era. With two rounded side handles and a bold sculptural form, it reflects the clean, functional aesthetic seen in the work of Scandinavian makers such as Iittala and Kosta Boda. This unmarked example is in very good vintage condition with no chips or cracks and measures approximately 8.5 inches tall with a rim diameter of 7.5 inches. A strong piece of mid-century Scandinavian barware.
