The Lomonosov Porcelain Factory, founded in St Petersburg in 1744, is one of Russia’s oldest and most respected porcelain manufacturers. Its animal figures are highly collectable, admired for their quality, character and distinctive hand painted decoration. Both figures are in good condition. The lion measures approximately 4.5 x 3.5 inches and the cat measures approximately 6.5 x 3.75 inches.
