On offer is a fine late Victorian clear glass cluck cluck decanter dating to circa 1900 and attributed to Baccarat. The distinctive four chamber body is decorated with applied rigaree trails, large sunflower prunts and smaller prunts around the rounded sections. It stands upon a beautifully worked star cut circular foot.

An exact matching example has been recorded by a specialist antique glass dealer as probably French Baccarat. Baccarat was established in France in 1764 and became internationally recognised for its finely made crystal and decorative glass.

The original stopper is missing. A suitable replacement could potentially be sourced, although it would not be original to the decanter. The glass remains highly decorative and displays beautifully.
