The large scalloped punch bowl and matching cups are decorated with embossed grapes, vine leaves and bold vertical panels. Indiana Glass was a prominent American manufacturer of pressed domestic glassware, with the Princess Amber Carnival punch set recorded in specialist catalogues as a later twentieth century pattern.

The set contains one punch bowl, 12 matching cups and an amber coloured plastic ladle. The hanging cup hooks originally supplied with sets of this type are not included.
