On offer is a mixed group of English crystal glasses from the Royal Doulton Canterbury pattern. Although unsigned, these glasses were originally part of an eight-piece boxed set comprising four different pairs; five glasses remain here, consisting of two similar pairs and a single flute. Royal Doulton, founded in 1815, produced a wide range of high-quality hand-cut crystal, and the Canterbury pattern is recognised for its clean, faceted cutting. All glasses are in good condition. The flute stands at approximately 220mm tall, the larger pair around 200mm, and the smaller pair about 195mm. A useful and attractive group of Royal Doulton Canterbury crystal.
