French Etling Art Deco Opalescent Glass Bowl No 122
£95.00
On offer is a French Art Deco opalescent glass bowl produced in the 1930s by Etling, marked Etling France 122. Etling pieces were made at the Choisy-le-Roi glassworks near Paris and are well known for their luminous opalescent finishes, created in competition with contemporaries such as Lalique but offered at a more accessible price. This bowl features a moulded design of swirling roses and leaves, displaying the soft blue-white glow characteristic of Etling’s finest work. A classic and beautifully decorative example of French Art Deco glass.
