On offer is an English dwarf ale glass dating from the eighteenth century. The glass has a wrythen moulded tapered bowl supported by a short stem with a decorative knop and circular foot.

The underside retains its snapped pontil mark from the traditional manufacturing process. An unusual small dark inclusion is trapped within the glass, apparently introduced during manufacture.
