On offer is a group of four Chinese cloisonné bird figures comprising three colourful owls and an older stylised magpie. Each figure is decorated with coloured enamel contained within fine metal wirework, creating detailed feathers, wings and facial features.

The older magpie is finished in rich blue and turquoise enamels with a long tail, pointed beak and metal legs. One leg is bowed, although the bird can be carefully positioned to stand. We strongly advise against attempting to straighten the leg because this could cause it to snap. The magpie is otherwise in good condition.

The three later owls have individual combinations of blue, red, green, white and turquoise enamel. An attractive group of Chinese cloisonné bird figures with plenty of colour and decorative character.
