On offer is a Blue Mountain Pottery deer figurine featuring a stag and doe, finished in the distinctive turquoise drip glaze for which the Canadian pottery is well known. Produced in Ontario, Blue Mountain Pottery operated from the 1950s to 2004 and became highly collectable for its flowing two-tone glazes and sculptural animal forms. This example carries both the BMP mark and the original label to the base.
