On offer is an antique Victorian vaseline uranium glass vase of elegant form, featuring a softly flared ruffled rim and a gently waisted body. Made from translucent yellow green vaseline glass, this vase displays the characteristic glow under ultraviolet light produced by the presence of uranium, a feature highly prized by collectors.

Vaseline uranium glass was widely produced in Britain during the Victorian period, particularly in the Stourbridge area, which was a major centre of art glass production. Makers such as Walsh and other Stourbridge firms were known for refining these flowing organic forms, although the exact maker of this vase is not known. The vase is in good condition and retains strong colour and clarity. A fine example of a Victorian vaseline uranium glass vase with clear decorative and collector appeal.
