On offer here is a real nice meiji period Japanese mixed metal box, the box is based around a bamboo design with foliage , birds and insects, the lid has an amazing planter with large plant and butterflies. the condition is good, it has a little wear to the hinge however the lid opens and closes nice. please see images, size approx 80mm long 50mm wide 45mm high.
