These glasses were traditionally made with a deceptive bowl, giving the impression of a larger measure while holding less, and were often used by toastmasters. This example features a bladed knop stem, a conical foot with a snapped pontil, and a pronounced collar supporting the deceptive bowl. It stands approx. 4.75 inches tall and remains free from chips or cracks.
