Founded in Dorset in the late nineteenth century, Poole Pottery gained an international reputation for its vibrant hand decorated ceramics, with many pieces individually painted and signed by the artist, making each example unique.

This artist signed plate displays bold floral brushwork in rich blue, purple, yellow and green tones against a cream ground. Measuring approximately 10 inches in diameter, it remains in good condition and is a fine example of Poole Pottery’s distinctive studio production from the 1970s.
