On offer here is a stunning large and heavy 1960s Welsh Wool Gilmores Village Weave Tapestry Blanket. This blanket has the retailer’s label Gilmores from the 1960s Wrexham Dorset. The blanket is a little over 7 feet in both directions so a large piece and weighs over three kilos unpacked. it is reversible and still looks amazing. the condition is, there are issues, I have just paid to have the blanket cleaned however there are a few holes, please see my pictures, these blankets are rare and deserve to be saved, loved and kept, and passed on. you can use this blanket as it is or get it repaired.
