On offer is a rare pair of 1960s Bob Dawe Red Barn Pottery scroll vases. These hand built stoneware cylinder vases feature deeply incised geometric and scroll decoration, with contrasting turquoise, cream and earthy brown glazes.

The smaller vase nests neatly inside the larger vase. Both carry the distinctive Red Barn Pottery house mark. Bob Dawe founded Red Barn Pottery in Great Wratting, Suffolk, with Howard Evans in 1965, and is well known for his distinctive slab built cylindrical forms.
