On offer is a rare 1930s Czech Bohemian Tango glass vase, probably produced by Franz Welz or Kralik. The bright yellow blown glass body features a contrasting black applied glass rim and hot glass spiral winding, together with an inner white glass casing.

Known as mono coloured or Tango glass, this bold decorative technique was developed by Loetz around 1914 and was later used by several important Bohemian glassworks. This Czech Bohemian Tango glass vase is a striking example of 1930s Art Deco glass production.
