Glass Georgian Drinking Glass 18th Century Double Ogee Bowl Folded Foot
£55.00
On offer is an English Georgian drinking glass dating from the late 18th century, circa 1790–1800. This well-formed example features a classic double ogee bowl, an annulated knop stem and a neatly folded foot, all typical characteristics of Georgian period glassware. The underside shows a snapped and sharp pontil mark, further confirming its hand-blown manufacture.
The glass stands at approximately 3.75 inches tall and produces a good ring when tapped. Condition is very good with no chips or cracks noted. A fine and authentic example of late 18th-century English table glass.
