18th Century Chinese Export Porcelain Plate Qianlong Floral Cartouche
£145.00
On offer is an 18th century Chinese export porcelain plate from the Qianlong period (1736–1795). The plate is finely hand-painted with a central floral motif and surrounded by moulded borders featuring shaped cartouches, decorated in shades of pink, green, and gold typical of export wares produced for the European market in the mid-Qing era.
The porcelain displays the refined potting and detailed enamel work associated with Qianlong export production. Measuring approximately 9.5 inches in diameter, it remains in good antique condition with the expected rim fretting consistent with age, and no major flaws. A strong and collectable example of 18th century Chinese export porcelain.
