On offer is a vintage East German porcelain figurine produced by VEB Porzellanfiguren Lippelsdorf. Dating from around the 1950s or 1960s, it depicts a young boy playing a violin while four attentive ducks gather around his feet.

The figure is modelled in porcelain and decorated in soft blue, green and neutral tones. Beneath the base is the crossed mark associated with the Lippelsdorf factory, together with the export word “Foreign” and a painted model number.
