All content made available through the Antiques Arena Education Academy, including but not limited to videos, written materials, images, audio, graphics, course structures, branding, and downloadable resources, is the intellectual property of AntiquesArena.com or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Membership Access

  • A paid or trial membership grants you personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable access to Academy content.
  • Membership does not grant ownership of any content.

Prohibited Use

You may not, under any circumstances:

  • Copy, reproduce, record, download, or store Academy content
  • Share, distribute, resell, or publish content in any format
  • Provide access to Academy content to non-members
  • Upload Academy content to websites, social media, forums, or file-sharing platforms
  • Use Academy content for commercial purposes or training

This includes partial content, screenshots, screen recordings, transcripts, or derivative materials.

Enforcement

  • Any unauthorised use, sharing, or reproduction of Academy content may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
  • We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies where appropriate.

Fair Use Exception

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under applicable copyright law, including limited fair-dealing exceptions where legally permitted.
