On offer here is an English Sterling Silver Cigar Holder Case London G H James & Co. The date letter is an I but looks more like a number 1. I will say the maker worked in London from 1890 through to 1937 so that is the date frame. the cigar case has a monogram engraved on to it, it has been fully hallmarked both inside the lid and on the main body. the size is approx  6.5 inches long and 23mm in diameter.
