The meaning of Mena is the term referring to the middle east and north Africa. This term was mostly used by the military. In my opinion, this Football medal was possibly a military game. It has been produced from Pure silver rather than our sterling 925. the medal is in good condition and measures at approx 34mm in diameter and has a weight of 11.5 grams.
