On offer here is a charming Hand Painted China Plate, Dinas Colliery Rhondda Valley. This plate is signed by Barrette in 1983, in my opinion, this plate was produced by a coal miner during the 1983 Miners Strike. The plate is hand-painted with an image of Dina’s colliery at Rhondda Valley in south Wales. the painting is amateurish however a wonderful collectible if it was painted by a miner during the strike. the condition is good, the size is approx 9.75 inches in diameter.
