On offer here is a fabulous hammered pewter vase. this example has a superb shape, a repousse rose to the main body, three roundels on the base, and three applied handles to the top. the vase was produced in the 1920s by ROUNDHEAD Samuel Groves & Co Ltd Birmingham, England. The vase has elements of both arts and crafts movement and the art nouveau period with the rose. this is a large vase at approx 10 inches tall. there is a dent to the foot rim, please see images and the top rim is slightly out of shape. overall if you collect antique pewter you will struggle to find a better example.
