On offer here is a rare Antique German Art Nouveau Brass Ink Well and Pen Stand. This example dates to circa 1900 – 1910. It has a beautiful art nouveau floral design. This is a signed example, it is signed, GES GESCH. the inkwell measures at approx 4.25 by 3.5 inches. the overall condition is good for its age, the underside of the actual section that holds ink has dents, and the ink well rim has a small bit of loss, please see the images. this is a fine example of genuine period art nouveau metalwork.
