On offer here is a large Antique Carved Root Wood Chinese Immortal Elder Figure. This figure stands at approx 13.5 inches tall. it is beautifully carved and has a good patina, the figure was turned in to a lamp most probs in the 1920s, they drilled the top of the staff, please see the images, there is also a split from the top of the figure all the way down where the wood separated, this is quite common for this type of wear.
