On offer here is a vintage Toby / Character Jug Lamp base produced by Burlington Ware. Burlington was the trade name of John Shaw & Sons of Longton. This example dates circa 1959 – 1963. The lamp stands at approx 9.5 inches tall, It will need to be rewired, The condition is good for age, with one small chip on the foot rim. Please see the images.
