On offer here is a 1927 Portuguese silver coin. this coin has been smoothed on one side and engraved with a service man’s name and military number making it a dog tag. possibly the original dog tag was lost and they used what they had to hand to make a replacement,  The dog tag is for Glyn Roderic service number 2078730. The size is 26mm and the weight is 6.2 grams.
